New MetaDesign & eye square AI study

Artificial intelligence is present in many areas of daily life and holds considerable potential, especially in customer service. The agency MetaDesign has recognized precisely this potential and noticed that AI often sounds arbitrary.

With the help of the new MetaDesign approach “Branded AI Personality”, the agency wants to give AI applications a brand-specific identity in the future, which should be tailored to the respective companies through tonality, values and style. Through a joint cooperation with MetaDesign, we found out in our study with 1153 respondents that the agency’s approach is proving to be true and that brands that equip their AI with a clear personality will benefit in the long term. In the new absatzwirtschaft article, author Andreas Marx gives a deeper insight into the new MetaDesign approach and explains that the new offering is designed to empower companies to take back control of the touchpoint between customers and AI so that companies can actively shape brand loyalty.
