Liane Kuhlhoff has been with eye square since 2009 and holds a degree in economics with a focus on “Quantitative Economic Research.” Liane is EVP and a partner at eye square and leads the Hamburg team.
As Lead Public, she is responsible for collaborating with clients in the public sector—ranging from government agencies and ministries to universities and health insurance providers, as well as other organizations serving the public interest.
Her particular focus is on quantitative market and social research, as well as long-term tracking studies and framework agreements. At the same time, Liane has extensive experience in public bidding and procurement processes and frequently plays a leading role in managing these at eye square.
