Florian Fried is part of the User Insights & UX Unit at eye square.

In his Master of Arts in Sociology at the University of Potsdam, he focused on qualitative methods in the field of digitalization (Digital styles – how people deal with personal data online – qualitative interviews).

Previous work experience as a student:

DESI – Institut Berllin (a qualitative study with kids from German primary schools about their perspective on a good whole day school)
LOVOO (working in Team “Customer Insights” as a UX researcher generating insights about online – daters needs and pain points & evaluating features e.g. with UX tests)
