Her tasks include key accounting, sales, the development of UX methods, customer consulting and controlling the user experience studies in the team. She specializes in qualitative methods, emotion measurement, personas and accompanying user experience consulting.<\/p>\n

\nShe graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences with a concentration in marketing and research.<\/p>\n

She has experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically with patient relations and a newly developed electronic medical record system.<\/p>\n

Julia works closely with the US market, working with both implicit and explicit data.
