Cynthia Pawelke is a research consultant at eye square and part of the user experience team.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in psychology, she completed her master’s degree in human factors with a focus on healthcare / medical technology.
She supports customers in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, e-commerce as well as other sectors with conducting national and international user experience studies.
The focus of her work is the application of qualitative methods in combination with eye tracking and other implicit research methods. She further has experience in dealing with sensitive target groups.
She has extensive experience in the implementation and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative studies.
