Our creative research methods

Unlock the potential of your customers

In order to get products, advertising and websites that match the needs and expectations of real users and consumers, we help you tie them into your development and design process as early as possible. We run creative workshops for you that ensure you bring together not only yours but also your target markets dreams, aspirations and ideas of optimal design.

We do not mind what stage of the design process you are at, we are happy to work with paper and scissors or with 3D prototypes. We work for you to create collages and Personas that help you bring to life and make sense of your users. We use offline and online card sorting methods, and we test our assumptions to be certain that the information structure of your proposed software or website meets the expectations and logic of its users. We also look at the terminology you have selected and whether the chosen terms are clear and if not, what the users prefer instead.

We identify with our Mind Mapping method, whether the proposed design fits with your brand image or how it may alter current brand perception. We do not leave it there, once we have a product or advert to test for you, the Mind Mapping process is repeated to determine any changes that have occured.

Creativity Workshops: Using individually combined creative methods, designers, user experience experts and your target group develop jointly consumer-driven innovations.

Paper Prototyping/Wireframing: Users create collages showing what they want a website or eCommerce provider to look like. You learn where user expect certain elements to be placed on a page.

Mind Mapping: Associations consumers have with brands and products reveal in a Before-After-Setting how the brand image is influenced by re-designes or new marketing campaigns. 

Card Sorting: Users group desired or given navigation elements and assign them generic terms. Suitable for testing the information architecture and the labeling of websites.

Personas: Creation of fictional, representative users to illustrate the needs and points of view of various consumer groups. Suitable for user-centered design development.
