Shopper studies in real and virtual stores

Every second counts

We know that 80 percent of all purchasing decisions shoppers make are made at the point of sale, often this decision only takes a few seconds to make. We not only question the shopper but also explore the implicit processes that lead to purchase: we observe and analyse the complete path to purchase at the point of sale, by studying the shoppers gaze behaviour, their flow around the store, and everything they interact with.
