Trainee User and Brand Research

For our office in London we are looking for a trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• You will support the Director UK throughout the whole process of market research study by evaluating requests for research, recommending a suitable methodology, analyzing and delivering an objective interpretation of results and making clear business recommendations.
• You will work closely with customers and partners as well as other cross-functional teams.
• You will support the sales business while presenting and selling ideas and recommendations to customers and to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Degree level educated or an equivalent qualification
• Experienced in evaluating both qualitative and quantitative research
• Passionateabout working in the field of user and brand research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas to business audiences
• Ability to work well under pressure 
• Experience planning and facilitating focus groups, and customer interviews
• Willingness to travel

What We Offer

You will complete a 6-month traineeship within EYE SQUARE UK. You will work directly with the Director UK and also very closely with teams in EYE SQUARE's headquarters in Berlin. Within your traineeship you will run through the holistic process of market research studies. While gaining more experience you will take over more and more responsibility and prove your skills to become a project manager. Research Technican / Assistant

Job Requirements

• Degree level educated in computer sciences or an equivalent discipline
• Technical understanding and if possible experienced to handle technical research equipment
• Lead and estimate technical effort and resources for research studies and provide technical leadership and mentoring to team and clients
• Minimal marketing or administrative assistance when needed
• Very good English
• Highly motivated and interested person in the field of psychology research, user experience and media
