Diana Lenz Joined eye square in 2011. She has been part of the User Experience unit since 2012, becoming Senior Consultant and Lead Product Health in 2015.

 

 

Diana enriches the user experience unit with her longstanding experience in global project management. Her deep understanding of complex data qualifies Diana as the team’s statistics expert and enables her to identify important factors in product success which allow her to support her clients in their strategic decisions.

As Product Health Lead she specializes in the fields of eCommerce, digital payments, and health care.

 

She is an expert for longterm tracking and customer satisfaction projects. In addition, she conducts qualitative lab studies to advise her clients in matters of usability and marketing.
