Our interdisciplinary team works together for you in four distinct and specialized units. Our project managers will advise you in detail at the beginning of each individual study and support you throughout the design and product development process.

Unit User Experience Research

The team supports clients realizing user experience studies, innovation projects and the user centered development of interfaces. It offers its services to companies from various sectors be it Consumer Electronics, eCommerce or another.

Senior Research Consultant and team leader CARINA LEHNE, graduate in sociology, conducts studies for a range of clients such as LG Electronics, Deutsche Telekom and eBay.

Unit Advertising Effectiveness

The team specializes in advertising effectiveness research, online marketing evaluation and user experience studies. As a competent partner the team supports clients in the media, advertising & communication and finance sectors.

DR. MATTHIAS ROTHENSEE, graduate psychologist, is Senior Research Consultant Ad Effects, team leader and has been in charge of studies for companies such as Deutsche Bank, Procter & Gamble, REWE, Deutsche Telekom.

Unit Shopper Research

The shopper research team advises companies in the areas of trade marketing and brand consulting, management of innovations
and point of sale marketing.

The team leader KATJA WIRTHWEIN, B.A. business administration, conducts studies for companies such as LG Electronics, Bacardi, Deutsche Telekom, Immobilienscout24 and Bahlsen.

Unit eCommerce

The team specializes in user experience research and usability testing for online stores and shopping platforms.

LISA WIESE, graduate psychologist, is Senior Research Consultant eCommerce and team leader. She conducts projects for companies like eBay and Otto.

Unit Social Media

The Social Media team develops and adapts methods of behavior-based user research for the rapidly growing social networking sector.

Team leader DANIEL LA CORTE, computer scientist, specializes in remote online studies and is an expert in social media.

EYE SQUARE international offices

GARETH TUCK, graduate in psychology, is Director of the UK Office. He is an experienced market researcher having worked for seven years on eye tracking, user experience and shopper research projects for clients such as Ogilvy, Microsoft, JCDecaux, Pfizer, P&G and the Financial Times. Now he is in charge of the management of the EYE SQUARE office in London.

JEEHYE CLAIRE PAK, graduate in psychology, is Director of the Office Korea. She is an experienced market researcher and has worked for Hankook Research Seoul. She worked for clients such as Sony and Samsung, and now is in charge of the EYE SQUARE office in Seoul.
